With the “Afghanistan 2030. Next Leaders” Project we support talented young people whose careers and personal and professional development were abruptly interrupted by the Taliban takeover in August 2021.

We take to heart a generation that for 20 years has invested energy and personal resources in the name of peace, progress and democracy, remains today an orphan of the institutions that would have the task of putting their efforts to good use

The “Afghanistan 2030. Next Leaders” project aims to respond to this need, outside the emergency logic, with strategic planning, creating a structured network of partners of excellence in the hospitality sector, supported by private entities (Companies, Foundations, Academies, …) interested in supporting this specific target of beneficiaries.

This collaboration between public and private is functional both to the socio-cultural and economic revival of Italy, the socio-cultural and economic revitalization of Afghanistan and the relationship between the two countries, through the protection of a proactive component of active citizens and potential “Next Leaders”.

Attraverso il progetto “Afghanistan 2030. Next leaders” sosteniamo i giovani talentosi la cui carriera e il cui sviluppo personale e professionale sono stati bruscamente interrotti dalla presa del potere dei Talebani nell’agosto 2021.

Ci prendiamo a cuore una generazione che per 20 anni ha investito energie e risorse personali in nome della pace, del progresso e della democrazia, rimane oggi orfana delle istituzioni che avrebbero il compito di mettere a frutto l’impegno profuso.

Grazie ai partners, alle Fondazioni e agli Sponsor che hanno deciso di sostenere il progetto, siamo in grado di supportare decine di giovani a perseguire le loro ambizioni per un futuro di speranza, pace e successo.
